  • Heavy cream is the basis of ice cream without whey, but if you want a vegan treat, you can substitute it with an equal amount of coconut cream (first extract or coking gata). You can also use Nestle's All Purpose Cream.

Cover the container with plastic film, gently pressing it on the surface of the whipped cream to prevent ice crystals.
